2. Subscription Services & Digital Products
QuantTraderFX offers trading bots, backtesting reports, and subscription-based services. Due to the nature of digital products and trading software, our refund policy is structured as follows:
a) Non-Refundable Products & Services
- All digital downloads, including trading bots, cBotSets, and backtesting reports, are non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
- Subscription fees for trading services, analysis, or software access are non-refundable once the billing period begins.
b) Subscription Cancellations
- Users can cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
- Once canceled, access to premium services will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If a user is mistakenly charged twice for the same product or service, they may request a refund of the duplicate transaction.
