This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and subscription modifications are processed. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms specified in this policy.

2. Subscription Services & Digital Products

QuantTraderFX offers trading bots, backtesting reports, and subscription-based services. Due to the nature of digital products and trading software, our refund policy is structured as follows:

a) Non-Refundable Products & Services

  • All digital downloads, including trading bots, cBotSets, and backtesting reports, are non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
  • Subscription fees for trading services, analysis, or software access are non-refundable once the billing period begins.

b) Subscription Cancellations

  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
  • Once canceled, access to premium services will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a user is mistakenly charged twice for the same product or service, they may request a refund of the duplicate transaction.
  • Failure to Access Service: If a technical issue on our end prevents access to a purchased product or service and remains unresolved within 5 business days, a refund may be issued.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If a purchase was made fraudulently and is reported within 7 days, an investigation will be conducted before processing a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide a detailed reason for your refund request.
  3. Our support team will review your request within 5 business days.
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we reserve the right to permanently ban your account and restrict access to our services. Please reach out to our support team for assistance before filing a dispute.

QuantTraderFX reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
